Twenty state-of-the-art production lines in seven INTERMET iron foundries utilize horizontally and vertically parted sand molding machines with a total annual capacity of nearly 550,000 tons. Nine INTERMET light-metals casting plants operate over 130 die-casting machines with individual capacities ranging from 12 to 1,400 tons.
